Eligibility

Qualification: A Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institute/university; a qualification in Islamic Banking is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the service industry.

• Thorough understanding of SBP Customer Grievance Handling Guidelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
