Job Description
Meezan Bank is looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Quality Analyst to join our Service Quality Department in the Customer Support Group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong service industry background, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Eligibility: A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university is preferred. Certification in Islamic Banking is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in QA tools, including CRM systems, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with customer service processes is advantageous.
