Job Description
MILELE MOTORS FZE is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide vital administrative and operational support to our Operations Manager and team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating daily tasks, coordinating schedules and communications, managing documentation, and performing regular follow-ups with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in similar roles.
