Job Description
Milele is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to enhance our finance department’s functions in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This position is crucial for managing accounts payable (AP), conducting reconciliations, and maintaining financial documentation to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing and verifying invoices.
- Facilitating payments to both local and international suppliers.
- Nurturing vendor relationships while addressing discrepancies.
- Supporting the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements for greater efficiency.
Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, BBA, CA Inter, or B. Com. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
