Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to domestic clients over the phone.
- Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and phone etiquette are essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; previous call center experience is an advantage.
