Mindzeye Inc. is seeking a dedicated Calling Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. You should excel at engaging customers and possess exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
- Address inbound customer inquiries
- Promote various products and services
- Maintain accurate call logs
- Achieve assigned performance targets
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience, strong verbal communication skills, proven sales closing ability, and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
