Job Description
We seek a Clinical Trials Quality Assurance Associate to ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations across clinical studies. Responsibilities include conducting audits and inspections, monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), performing root-cause analyses, and reviewing trial documentation to support quality systems and inspection readiness. The role collaborates closely with study teams to drive process improvements and maintain compliance.
- 1–3 years’ experience in clinical research quality assurance
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with CAPA and root-cause analysis
