Job Description
Modern Design & Consulting PVT Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
- Efficiently manage labor forces and subcontractors.
- Maintain comprehensive daily reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers and project managers.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of on-site supervision experience with strong leadership capabilities.
