Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support HR and office functions for our engineering consultancy in DHA, Karachi. This full-time role (Monday–Saturday) involves recruitment support, employee record management, and general administrative duties to maintain efficient operations.

• Represent the company at corporate events and exhibitions
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, payroll assistance, and benefits administration
• Manage office supplies, administrative tasks, and ensure HR policy compliance

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Social Science, or related field; experience from entry to mid-senior level; proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluent English (written and spoken).
