Job Description
Muller and Phipps Pakistan is actively seeking a dedicated and results-driven Field Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical sales team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales team performance, establishing sales targets, and devising innovative strategies for growth. Key responsibilities include building customer relationships, providing management with comprehensive sales reports, and analyzing market trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
Requirements for this role include a BBA, BS, MS, or MBA in Marketing, coupled with 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
We offer an attractive compensation package including an annual bonus, medical coverage, and a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00.
