Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing
Position Summary: Nestlé is looking for a dedicated Team Lead Operations to enhance inbound and outbound processes at our Distribution Center.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Optimizing labor and resources for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinating vehicle availability for timely deliveries.
- Ensuring compliance with FEFO (First Expired, First Out) loading practices.
- Maintaining an adequate supply of empty pallets.
- Overseeing strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Preferred Skills: Strong initiative, MS Office and SAP proficiency, and excellent teamwork capabilities.
