Job Description
Seeking an experienced Lead Electrical and Automation Engineer to direct design, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical and automation systems in production facilities. The role manages a team of technicians and engineers, coordinates projects, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and optimizes PLC, SCADA, and drive systems to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 7+ years in industrial automation, strong PLC/HMI programming, SCADA and drive experience, proven troubleshooting and project management skills.
- Preferred: Safety or automation certifications and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
