Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on suitable projects on Upwork.
- Compose persuasive proposals to win projects.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate project terms effectively and ensure deliverables are met.
- Track and report on bidding performance metrics.
