Job Description
NK TECH Call Center is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Verification Officer. This opportunity is open to both male and female applicants residing in Rawalpindi.
Compensation: Competitive base salary, along with commissions and bonuses, with potential earnings reaching up to Rs 100,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and effectively resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM with a 45-minute break.
