Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished and results-oriented Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the BPO sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business prospects, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth in BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify emerging business opportunities within the BPO landscape.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve set targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in the BPO industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
