Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Corporate Advisory to support deal execution, client relationships, and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic corporate initiatives. The role involves preparing detailed financial models and valuations, producing pitchbooks and due diligence documentation, coordinating transactions with internal and external stakeholders, and supervising junior analysts to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and valuation expertise; strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
