Job Description
Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to become part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and making outbound calls.
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints.
- Verifying orders over the phone.
Work Hours: Evening Shift
Required Skills: Customer Service, Effective Communication, and Proficient Typing Speed
Functional Area: Client Services & Customer Support
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (HND / Pharmacist)
Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Service
