Job Description
NXT Labs is seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive market research to identify prospective clients within the BPO and staffing sectors across diverse regions. Your primary duties will involve generating high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, as well as utilizing cold calling and marketing automation tools.
Additionally, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, maintaining an active sales pipeline in our CRM systems, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of B2B lead generation experience, and exhibit exceptional communication skills.
