Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The key responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records in HR databases is essential, along with helping to plan engaging employee activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (or be currently pursuing one) in Human Resources or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
