Job Description
O3 Interfaces Pvt Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Administrative Intern to become a part of our dynamic team. The intern will play a vital role in various daily administrative functions. Key responsibilities include assisting with everyday tasks, supporting procurement processes, maintaining inventory records, and collaborating with the IT department for basic troubleshooting. Additionally, you will draft internal documents, assist in scheduling meetings, and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. We are seeking individuals with fundamental IT knowledge, strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
