Job Description
Octopus Digital Network is seeking a full-time, in-person Night Shift Customer Service Representative to begin 01/01/2026. Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs60,00/month.
Responsibilities include:
- Professionally handling inbound calls and chats; responding to inquiries and providing product/service information.
- Processing orders and complaints; resolving customer issues and escalating priority cases to appropriate departments.
- Following up on cases, reporting closures to your line manager, and performing assigned duties.
Qualifications: excellent spoken and written Urdu and English, fast and accurate typing, ability to browse and identify locations, and proficiency with computers and basic applications. Must work night shifts and remain professional under pressure.
