Job Description
Oilexec is in search of a committed and experienced Catering Manager who holds a HACCP Level 4 certification. This role involves planning and managing staffing, creating high-quality menus, and overseeing food production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to identify their catering needs.
- Lead and inspire the catering team.
- Manage budgets effectively while maintaining exceptional service standards.
