Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled Head of Production to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will inspire the production staff, uphold safety standards, and maintain effective communication with management.
Your responsibilities will include minimizing downtime, establishing productivity targets, and optimizing staff scheduling to achieve maximum efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience: 10 years in a relevant field (Preferred)
Willingness to Travel: 25% (Preferred)
