Job Description
PakWheels is looking for a conscientious and courteous Store Associate/Cashier to oversee operations at our Car Oil Change Service Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, possess basic accounting knowledge, and maintain a customer-focused demeanor.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, generate accurate invoices, process payments, maintain cash records, schedule service appointments, collaborate with the service team, promote special offers, ensure a tidy reception area, and address customer concerns effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business is preferred, along with 2–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles, proficiency in MS Excel and billing software, and excellent communication abilities.
