Job Description

To manage overall branch operations while providing high-quality education counseling to students for international study destinations. The role combines student advisory responsibilities with branch leadership, sales growth, and team management.

Key Responsibilities1. Education Counseling & Student Management

• Counsel students for international study options (UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Europe, etc.).
• Assess student profiles, academic background, financial capacity, and career goals.
• Guide students on university selection, admissions, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and ensure conversion into enrollments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of applications.

2. Branch Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards at branch level.
• Monitor branch performance against assigned targets (applications, visas, revenue).
• Ensure proper record-keeping, CRM usage, and reporting.

3. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch targets assigned by management.
• Develop and execute local marketing and outreach activities (schools, colleges, seminars).
• Build and maintain relationships with partner universities and internal stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to increase branch performance.

4. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage education counselors and support staff.
• Conduct staff training on counseling techniques, sales communication, and SOPs.
• Monitor team performance, lead allocation, and maturity follow-ups.
• Resolve staff and client-related issues professionally and timely.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports to head office.
• Share accurate data on leads, conversions, visa success ratios, and revenue.
• Coordinate with processing, finance, and marketing departments.
• Participate in management meetings and leadership initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Business, Management, or relevant field).
• Certifications in international education counseling (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as an Education Counselor.
• At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory or branch management role.
• Strong exposure to international admissions and visa processes.
