Job Description
Pegasus Enterprises seeks a dedicated Part-Time Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for US-based campaigns. This on-site role in Johar Town, Lahore runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–12:00 AM. Duties include sourcing via multiple channels, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding with HR. Preferred: prior recruitment or HR experience; required: strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English.
