Job Description
Pentagon Food Group Ltd is excited to announce the expansion of our Tele-sales department. We are actively seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives/Telesales Officers for our on-site location in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time role offers a vibrant and fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in spoken English
- Previous call center experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of sales strategies
- Experience in managing customer retention
