Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Daska to drive revenue growth across the assigned territory. The successful candidate will build customer relationships, expand distribution channels, and implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share.
- Manage key accounts and lead a small field sales team
- Set and achieve sales targets; conduct regular market visits
- Monitor performance and report to regional management
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years of sales experience (FMCG or industrial preferred), strong negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel frequently.
