Key Responsibilities:

• Handle refund requests for airline tickets and travel services.
• Coordinate with airlines to secure refund approvals.
• Professionally address customer inquiries regarding refund statuses.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on refunds.
• Collaborate with ticketing and customer service teams to resolve any issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in GDS systems.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
