Job Description
Premier Medical Associates (PMA) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our clients. In this role, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for each individual.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, making outbound calls, assessing customer needs, and documenting all interactions accurately. Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, exhibit strong communication skills, and maintain a positive demeanor.
This position is full-time, with an expectation of 45 hours per week. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, and fluency in English is required.
