Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Client Handling Executive to enhance our dynamic team. As the primary liaison for our clients, you will ensure their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Familiarize yourself with client requirements and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
- Foster long-term client relationships through diligent follow-ups.
- Address client feedback and inquiries, resolving issues swiftly.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
