Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is in search of a committed Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team. As the primary contact for our customers, you will address inquiries and provide exceptional support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer communications including calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues effectively.
- Provide follow-up on customer concerns.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Proven experience in a customer support role.
- Outstanding communication skills.
