Job Description
Prima Systems is actively seeking a dedicated Application Support Executive to deliver day-to-day technical assistance for our healthcare applications, including EHR and EMR systems. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring application performance, logging and resolving incidents, and providing first and second-level support to our administrative and billing teams.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, provide user training on application features, and gather user feedback to identify areas for enhancement. This position also involves participating in system maintenance, upgrades, and testing of new releases, while diligently maintaining logs of issues and their resolutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs220,00.00 per month
