Job Description

Programmers Force is actively seeking a skilled MongoDB Administrator to oversee, monitor, and enhance our MongoDB databases. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the high performance, availability, and security of our database instances while supporting scalability and disaster recovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and manage MongoDB databases effectively.
• Monitor database performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Develop and execute backup and recovery plans.
• Optimize performance and facilitate data migrations.
• Automate routine tasks and work closely with development teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on MongoDB experience.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB architecture.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems.
