Job Description
Promethium is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional English communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and possess a typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
Key responsibilities include offering real-time chat support, addressing customer inquiries, efficiently resolving issues, and collaborating effectively with team members. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support is required.
We provide a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
Location: Onsite in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Expected Start Date: August 15, 2025.
