Job Description
Prospects Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager for our Faisalabad office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education consultancy and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and evaluate staff performance.
- Create and implement strategic growth initiatives while fostering client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in education consultancy, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
Compensation: Rs90,00.00 – Rs140,00.00 per month
