Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to enhance our logistics team. In this role, you will act as the primary link between shippers and carriers, ensuring efficient transportation of goods while maintaining profitability and fostering strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with a solid background in logistics and freight management.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both shippers and carriers, negotiating pricing, overseeing the freight brokerage process, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications include 1–3+ years of freight brokerage experience, a comprehensive understanding of the freight industry, and top-notch negotiation skills.
