Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Team Leader to manage our takeaway and delivery orders. The ideal candidate will lead and supervise the call center team, ensuring effective communication among call agents, kitchen staff, and delivery teams. Responsibilities include monitoring order accuracy, timely dispatch, and overall customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for preparing daily order logs and reports, as well as training and evaluating call agents.
The successful applicant should have 3-5 years of experience in call center management, be fluent in both Urdu and English, possess a strong understanding of food service operations, and be tech-savvy.
