Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking motivated candidates for the role of Operations Intern. In this position, you will engage potential customers by addressing inquiries about our diverse range of products and services. Your duties will include opening and managing customer accounts and promptly resolving any arising issues.
As an intern, you will also be responsible for managing airline and shipping line bookings, inputting data into our web-based system, and monitoring shipments while liaising with Sea Port and Airport personnel.
The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, have strong computer skills, and demonstrate excellent written communication abilities in English.
