Rankistan Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our E-Commerce team. Located near UMT Johar Town, Lahore, this full-time position requires a morning shift from Monday to Friday. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, live chat, and social media platforms.
