Job Description
Reviewtor is seeking a dedicated Email Support Specialist to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our buyers, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.
Your duties will include promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries, composing professional email responses with impeccable grammar, and performing timely follow-ups to uphold our high customer service standards on Amazon.
Additionally, you will maintain internal documentation of customer issues and work closely with the Customer Support and Product teams to provide accurate and effective solutions.
