Are you an accomplished leader with significant experience in the medical billing and coding sector? Right Medical Billing is looking for an Operational Head to lead our new branch in Faisalabad. This pivotal role involves supervising daily operations, managing diverse teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with US clients to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of operations management experience in medical billing.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month.
