Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with experience in financial reporting, digital business operations, and regional taxation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Pakistan and UAE tax laws, and preparing financial reports for a fast-paced, tech-driven environment—particularly within the gaming or digital services industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across multiple business streams.
• Record and reconcile daily transactions, expenses, and revenue flows.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist with audits.
• Ensure timely compliance with Pakistan (FBR) and UAE (FTA) tax regulations, including corporate tax and VAT.
• Coordinate with tax consultants for filings and year-end compliance.
• Analyze financial data to monitor business performance and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, and management) to ensure accurate financial reflection of business activities.
• Improve internal accounting processes and controls for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes in IFRS, Pakistan/UAE accounting laws, and taxation policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan and UAE tax frameworks (VAT, income tax, corporate tax).
• Experience in digital industries or fast-paced operational environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or NetSuite.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
