Job Description
RissoX is currently seeking a highly motivated CRM & System Administrator to oversee our brokerage CRM and ensure seamless integration with MT5 and other trading platforms. In this pivotal role, you will manage client onboarding, compliance processes, financial reconciliations, and back-office operations, all while prioritizing system security and operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining the brokerage CRM, ensuring adherence to KYC/AML compliance protocols, managing deposits and withdrawals, and generating comprehensive reports on fund flows and trading activities. You will work closely with various teams to provide exceptional support and strive for operational excellence throughout the organization.
