Job Description
We seek a full-time Field Sales Executive (base + commission) to manage B2B and B2C field sales for solar projects. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting residential, commercial, and industrial site visits, assessing project needs, presenting solutions, closing deals, meeting targets, developing territory strategies, building partner relationships, monitoring market trends, and submitting reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field;
- Mandatory solar experience with 2–3 years in field sales;
- Strong communication and closing skills; basic knowledge of solar systems and net-metering; self-motivated and willing to travel across Sialkot.
