Job Description
Safa Worldwide Private Limited is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Representatives with at least 12 months of experience in a similar role. We also welcome fresh graduates who possess excellent proficiency in English.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be tasked with reaching out to international clients, adhering to communication scripts, managing outbound calls efficiently, and identifying customer needs to promote upsell campaigns.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluency in English, possess strong persuasive sales skills, demonstrate punctuality, have basic computer literacy, and maintain a positive demeanor.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹55,00 to ₹70,00, in addition to commissions, performance bonuses, and training opportunities.
Working hours are from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday, with a half-day shift on Saturday. Our office is located in DHA Phase 6.
