Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to foster growth. You will lead and inspire sales teams, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, along with 6-7 years of verifiable sales experience. A willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) is essential, and a proven track record in FMCG sales is required.
