Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

• Manage full-cycle hiring, maintain personnel records, support performance reviews, coordinate training, and address employee inquiries.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure benefits administration aligns with labor law and company policy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience and working knowledge of labor law.
• Strong communication skills, commitment to confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment required.
