Job Description
We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to represent our brand at Shafaq n Kami Salon. As a CSR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional experiences for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell our salon services to clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in tele-sales or call center roles.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
