Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling customer data, managing the loyalty card process, and activating cards for our cherished customers. Your daily responsibilities include making feedback calls, sharing detailed information on new products, and addressing customer inquiries while collaborating with various departments.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of experience in CRM. Proficiency in POS software and Microsoft Office is required, along with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
